After a period of growth and acquisition, we are looking for two Customer Support Coordinators to expand our logistics and customer services team.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small and dedicated team who put our global customers at the heart of everything we do. You will be the face of our business and the first point of contact for customers. You will manage logistics, efficiently receiving and processing orders, ensuring they are actioned and delivered on time using exceptional customer service skills. You will support with the management of key accounts, building relationships to ensure continued loyalty and repeat business.

Teamwork is key and internally, you will coordinate with a wide range of people across our global business. This includes Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping and Customs, as well as working very closely with your Customer Service colleagues.

About you

Most importantly you will have a desire to go the extra mile to delight your customers, exceeding their expectations and getting it right first time. You will have a background in a fast-paced, business to business customer service or logistics environment, ideally in a distribution or automotive company. You will be comfortable with IT, particularly Excel and also be familiar with using ERP systems to keep up to date customer records.

This is a busy role and our customers deserve a world-class service. You will need to be able to plan and organise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines, while working methodically and with accuracy.

A qualification in customer services to support your experience is desirable but not essential.

Role: Permanent, full time
Salary: Up to £27,500 depending on experience
Location: Brompton on Swale, North Yorkshire
