After a period of growth and acquisition, we are looking for a Commercial Director to join our senior leadership team.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your commercial leadership skills, taking responsibility for commercial strategy and deliverables across the Bremsen Technik Group of companies, and providing outstanding leadership to a remote team. Some key accountabilities you will be responsible for include:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, in order to accelerate growth.
- Conduct horizon scanning, market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities to explore, and to provide insight and understanding of threats.
- Establish and maintain long-term profitable partnerships with key stakeholders, effectively managing existing client relationships through understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
- Monitor the performance of commercial activities using relevant metrics and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and Board members to increase and maintain visibility and awareness.
Relationship building will be your passion, both to establish and maintain our strong customer relationships, and to provide outstanding leadership and vision to your remote team.
With a commercial background, you will enjoy a role with high levels of influence in determining the strategic focus of a business, providing insight and advice to senior leaders. You may already be in a Director position and looking for a new challenge, or be a Senior Commercial Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Knowledge of the automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
Role: Permanent, full time
Salary: From £75,000, dependant on experience
Location: Brompton on Swale, North Yorkshire
