After a period of growth and acquisition, we are looking to grow our specialist Motorsport and Performance Sales team.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to generate and manage UK sales in our high performance and motorsport sector. The role holder will use their technical knowledge to proactively identify, generate and close sales while developing new and existing customer relationships and managing a portfolio of accounts.
You will be working with specialist high-performance distributors and garages including top brands such as Brembo Racing, Pagid Racing and ZF Motorsport.
The majority of your time will be spent with the team in the sales office at our North Yorkshire base, responding to enquiries, proactively contact customers and processing orders. Time will also be spent visiting clients at their premises, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
You will be the main contact for some of our existing motorsport customers and you will have proven ability to build relationships based on high levels of trust and confidence.
You will have a proven track record in field /office sales within automotive component parts. An understanding of or experience in motorsport and high-performance vehicles is advantageous.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of initiative in order to successfully deliver targets and goals. You will be comfortable with financial information, generating and understanding business reports. A degree-level qualification in a technical or sales/marketing related subject is desirable.
You will enjoy working within a team and supporting team members to ensure our customers receive an exceptional service.
